Development orientation:

1. Economic:

The general direction will focus on gradual decrease in rice planting area and increase in fruit-tree and vegetable areas, encouragement of development of plant – fish – sight models and research on successfully raising frogs. The structure will be trade, service, industrial sector and small-scale industries.

Industrial and small-scale industrial total value output is expected to increase from 10 to 15%.

Value of Commerce – Service is expected to increase from 16 to 20%.

Value of Agriculture is expected to decrease from 3 to 5%

2. Other programs:

It is expected that Buu Hoa will finish the construction of re-accommodation area built (2009), children playing ground (2007), green tree park near the river (2009), local police office, Buu Hoa secondary school (2007), Quarter 5’s Kindergarten, Buu Hoa High School (2009), football ground (2010), Buu Hoa Tourism area (2007), Quarter 3 and Quarter 5 Road and Highway 1B.

Traffic socialization program is intended for the remaining lanes
