Development orientation:
1. Economy:
Based on the approved planning, Tan Hanh Commune will develop industrially, commercially and its agriculture will be associated with ecological tourism
Therefore, it is expected that 2010 will be as follows:
Its economic structure will be 15 percent, including farming 7 -8 percent, breeding 8 -9 percent
The area for rice planting will be gradually decreased while the area for fruit tree planting and fish breeding will be increased.
Residents will be instructed to transform their miscellaneous gardens to fruit gardens and turn less effective rice planting area to fruit planting one to create a foundation for ecological tourism in the future, at least 40 hectares.
Industrial and small-scale industrial production: it is expected that in 2010, economic structure will make up 45 percent and production value will averagely increase from 10 to 15 percent. Traditional trades and processing of tourism products are encouraged.
Commerce: it is expected that in 2010, the economic structure will make up 40 percent and its value will averagely increase by from 8 to 10 percent. Such kinds of services like ecological tourism, housing are encouraged
2. Other projects:
Investment in infrastructure to serve tourism: upgrade and extend the road running across Ba Nghe Field
Invest in water pipes leading to hamlets and residential areas.
Invest in national power grid covering Ba Nghe field
Build recreation area: cultural house, stadium at Hamlet No.1
Invest in 40-hectare orchard in the area planned for ecological tourism in Ba Nghe Field, Hamlet No.4, which is around 100 hectares to serve recreation.
3. Social Welfare
Eradicate poor households and preventing them from respringing into existence
Family planning: decrease the natural population growth rare by less than 1 percent.
Controlling malnutrition in children at the age of from 0 to 5 less than 10 percent
Clean water: the rate of households using clean water gains 100 percent.
Rural Electrification: 100 percent of households use main and subsidiary galvanometers
Traffic socialization: to strive for 30 percent of made-of-concrete roads in hamlets
Cultural family – Cultural Hamlet: the rate of cultural families are strived for between 95 to 100 percent, uphold the title “4 cultural hamlets” to strive for a cultural commune
