The Advisory Council’s meeting.
The project is aimed at clarifying
the theory and practice of mass people mobilization affairs from the point of
view of Marxism – Leninism; the thought of President Ho Chi Minh; our ancestors’
thought in the history of national construction and defense; and the viewpoints
of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of
National Defense, the Party Committee, the Command of Military Region 7, the
provincial Party Committee, and the provincial People's Committee; at assessing
the reality, results and effectiveness of the armed forces’ people mobilization
affairs in Dong Nai province compared with potential strengths; master both
strengths and weaknesses and cause; propose the orientations, goals, tasks and
innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of people mobilization and
mobilization of armed forces units in the province in a new situation.
At the meeting, the members of the
Council contributed some ideas and criticized the poor contents of the project
as well as asked the project manager to complete the project’s profiles. Also,
the members of the Council voted on the project meeting requirements and agreed
to have it implemented in the near future.
